Update: was able to try a sandwich on them. It was good, enjoyed eating it. Decently fast, it’s a bit expensive for what you get but I’m sure you’ll find it satisfying. Original review: False Price Advertising. For example the Montreal Smoked Sandwich was $12, charged $12.50. All prices are higher than advertised. The employees know, but aren't changing the board. One employee offered 10% off, but the manager I assume at the till just refunded and said it wasn't possible to provide that. So I ended up with no food and it wasted twenty minutes of my time. I can't speak for the quality of the food though, since I didn't get to try it and won't try again in the future.
As far as Mall food goes, hard to beat Chachi's in terms of quality. But the crossiron location is uniquely horrendous when it comes to service. Other locations I've been to you can expect a 5-10 minute wait on your food. I'd say this location averages around 15-20, even if it's you and one other customer. With today having to wait a whopping **53 MINUTES** after being told it will be "...about 10 minutes". That kind of wait time would be dreadful for sit-down service The staff will often just straight up ignore you--even when they're clearly unoccupied. Ive also had an employee upon asking for a certain sandwich roll their eyes and tell me they were out. Upon asking for other sandwiches they said they were out for those too. When I asked what they could make, the employee said they weren't sure and disappeared into the back for 2 minutes--i obviously left. The food is still up to par with other Chachi's, so I won't give it 1 star, but clearly the staff and very likely their mgmt. are running a completely inept and rudderless operation.
I work for Penske trucking and over the last 3 days we have ordered lunch from this location, for a training crew at our building. Sumit and his team have been absolutely amazing, having everything ready for the designated pickup time. The food is always delicious! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I had the Clubbin' sandwich made GF DF and it was very yummy! Hard to find good GF bread at fast food places. I substituted for GF bread and goat cheese instead of cheddar - SO GOOD. Dietary restrictions: GF bread available
Sumit at Chachi's in Cross Iron is an absolute delight! What a wonderful employee at such a great place to eat! Delicious food and excellent service.
Been here multiple times and always happy. Clubin’ is my favorite but the Mac and cheese is *chefs kiss*. Also Sumit is super friendly and efficient! 5 stars!
Best food court service in cross iron! Very friendly staff and one of the staff members, Sumid even gave us a complimentary sandwich! 10/10 would recommend this place!
I was in Chachi’s today and tried Tomato soup with cheese Toast. It was delicious. Sumit was the guy who suggested to this and he was very right. Best customer service. Must try everyone.

The BEST!!! You need to go to Chachi's! Ask for Sumit - he'll make you the best sandwich ever! And if you're one of these "sandwiches are boring" people, Chachi's will change your view of sandwiches for ever!
