This is my wife's store but you just won't meet a women happier than her when she's at work serving her customers. She built the business by herself from day one. Lots of thought and hard work. It's not only the Japanese way...it's Kaoru's way! Ok I know...Bias review!

I visited the shop last week with my mom and was very warmly greeted by the shop owner who immediately offered us some very tasty samples of a very premium Japanese green tea! Very reasonable prices with a cozy atmosphere. I don't live in Kingston anymore but visit often, and I will definitely visit this shop again next time I am in town! If you live in Kingston and are serious about your tea, this is the place to go.

Just found this adorable little tea shop, the owner is a Tea Sommelier!! I didn't even know that was a thing! She was very knowledgeable and so kind. They have a wonderful selection and great prices too. Worth a stop, you won't be disappointed!
I have been drinking the tea I purchased from cha cha tea for about a week. Absolutely delicious and high quality. The owner Kaoru is a very friendly, knowledgeable and just all around a lovely person. People the love high quality loose leaf tea, stop at cha cha tea.
