Very busy mall on the weekends and social distancing is hard to maintain. A lot of sanitization locations which is nice. I would only shop here on weekdays if you are mindful of covid

It was great experience, they are following all the COVID-19 guidelines.
First time going to Richmond Centre in over a decade! I really enjoyed my experience and would venture there again! It's really nice and has plenty of shop variety. I went on a Monday and it was fairly quiet, didn't feel hectic or overcrowded like Metrotown does. Found some great deals too.
Was a great time. Our bartender was awesome; friendly, chatty and super fast service!!! Def be back!
This mall has something for everyone - shopping, groceries, banking, dining/to-go, haircuts, general services and it's close to the train station.
Go here very frequently and I always have positive experiences. Food court is very clean and so much variety like different kinds of Asian cuisine and lots of parking. Bathrooms are plentiful and clean and lots of variety of stores.
Much better place now after they remodelled a few years ago. The selection in the food court is good. Always a busy place though.
