Certigard (Petro-Canada)

This Petro-Can gas station has a 7-Eleven convenience store open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Store is stocked with many items at noticeably higher prices than the regular supermarket chains, as convenience stores order smaller quantities of inventory at higher per-unit prices from wholesalers. Typical 7-Eleven fare here are Slurpees, soft drinks, snacks, hot dogs, taquitos and fried chicken.

Pumps always down, window cleaning water is always filthy. It’s most neglected petroCan I’ve ever seen. Not sure what’s happening here. The staff aren’t to blame as they are always accommodating and apologetic. The gas bar is definitely lacking care.

Prices are terrible for gas. Dirty water to wash windshield, gas pumps always broken, no staff to assist. I pay 2.40$ a liter and this is my service ?!

As far as service stations go...pretty decent. Carries an above average assortment of snacks and prepared hot/cold food items. I am impressed with how polite the staff are here. Always professional as well as very efficient. It is a busy location but access to pumps always seems easy. Great Central location.

Yousef the cashier, has bad manners and should be relieved of duty. Yousef having pocketed $3.00 of mine then boldly thrust his name-tag in my wife's face while stating "go ahead and complain". So, thanks for the invitation Yousef, at your behest, I'm complaining to anyone who'll read or listen. Have sent in complaints and received responses from} Petro-Can and BCLC. Get medicated man...

One of the only places on lonsdale open 24/7. Friendly staff. Of course, the food you can buy isn't amazing, but it's 711, what do you expect? Just a hot tip. If you bring your own mug or bottle, you can get a coffee for only 50¢. Saves paper, and money.

This ESSO Gas stop is in a great convenient location and offers great fast service. The 7/11 has pretty much anything you could imagine you may want at a gas stop and more! The staff are super Friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Mohammadi the Persian manager that works there. He knows all the regulars. He is a smart guy that quite often greets you with a warm smile and offers to help out.

Quite a range of items for sale for a gas station/7-11. It's more like a small convenience store really. They have a bar table with high chairs to sit at too, and snack items as well as some basic groceries if needed. It's a pretty good location right on the main part of Lonsdale and is pretty easy to access with a road entrance on either side.

Last friday i came in and i wanted to pay at the register, the cashier was very rude and never paid attention to what i said. The customer service was very poor and i believe that it needs alot of improvment i didnt pay attention to his name tag but he was a short philipino male. I hope you guys improve your customer service as soon as possible as you guys are losing a lot of customers. Thanks

Three people were getting gas .I asked for $20 and was told no.The tanks were under TOO MUCH PRESSURE!Well I am a property owner and too much pressure is a possible explosion .
