Bryce and Lyle at the west end location just assisted me with a system for our boat. I could not believe the neatness of the install. Flawless. 2 thumbs up to the installers / techs at Certified. Great service from start to finish. Lyle and Bryce took the time to walk through everything with me after install, ensuring I was fully satisfied. Thanks to the entire team for a job well done.

I had a solace alarm starter installed on my Tundra in 2014 at CR and was very happy with it. Fast forward to last week and my 2 way remote broke so I called CR and asked if I could buy another. They told me the remote is discontinued but to come down to see if they could help. I went yo the west location and Vaughn 12 volt specialist helped me. He grabbed a box of old remote parts and did a bit of mixing and matching with spare parts and set me up with a refurbished unit in 20 mins that was like new. This is why I give my business to CR - quality install, amazing customer service. If you’re on the fence about coming to CR, this is me telling you why they are the best.

Amazing service here! Great staff and great work. After a fantastic experience getting my remote starter installed, I took my vehicle to my dealership for an oil change and my dealership damaged one of the sensors. We returned to Certified Radio to have them check over the issue and they fixed the damaged sensor free of cost - without needing to book it in for an appointment. Highly recommend this place!

Very very bad service. Taken appointment three weeks ahead. Paid $100 advance. For installation of dash camera. Dropped vehicle at 9:15 am. They said couple of hours. No information no communication till 1:00 pm Went to shop and asked the reply was vague. Receptionist guy was very casual and not ready to reply status. When asked to bring my car out. I saw that it was not even opened. Nothing was done. Took car back cancelled installation. They gave money back. No appology no regrets from them. Amazing casual approach!! Never ever will enter this shop.

I went in today to see about getting my Solace V6 2-way remote starter fixed and Cory was the representative who helped me. Unfortunately there wasn’t much he could do about repairing it being it seemed there was an issue with the circuit board but he found an older Titan 2-way they had laying around and he paired it with my vehicle for free. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable as well, I really appreciated all the assistance he provided!

Excellent customer service, dropped in looking for a small part, guy at the counter knew immediately what I was looking for as he took the time to listen. Had the part sitting in his desk drawer, seemed to have had a short conversation with his supervisor then handed me the part, followed me to my vehicle to see if it was correct, which it was and bid me good day, no charge for the part. Very good service, and consideration. Nice to see and experience.

This place has installed systems in 2 of my vehicles. One has a mysterious fault that blows fuses in the locking system constantly, the other just seems to forget it's programing and dosnt work at all. Have tried to have them fixed on several occasions but they only work a few days then fail again. And every time they act like I'm such a nuisance like it's not their problem. At this point, I'm just writing off the thousands of dollars and sticking with a more professional installer. These guys are a certified waste of... Post response comment- My actual name and my company name is definitely in your system. So I should have to wait 2 more weeks for you to fix your bad work, while u help other customers first? Like I haven't already paid for a service u haven't done properly yet?? How much more unprofessional does this get? And only after I vent about it online. Ha!

I visited this store today to have the batteries in my truck fob replaced. I dealt with Cory who was working the front desk. Cory not only was very friendly and outgoing he went over and above what was required and provided superb customer service in replacing the batteries. Well done Cory and thank you.

I’ve been having audio issues with my vehicle for some time now. Booked an appointment with Certified Radio West to replace my head unit, fix the wiring issues and also get a new pair of speakers installed. After a long waited time I came in and dropped off my vehicle at 9am to finally resolve my audio problems. I received a call informing me that there are unable to replace the head unit because there are parts that were missing so it wouldn’t be properly installed. I insisted that they can proceed with the installation of the rear speakers and fix the wiring since that was the main problem of my car audio expecting those could still be fixed without replacing the head unit. I’ve waited all day to receive a call that my vehicle is ready to get picked up but I have not received any so I wanted to call in for a follow up at 6pm. They told me that they didn’t do any service to my vehicle. I understood that they weren’t able to install my head unit which I was fine with. Im confused on why I wasn’t able to get the wiring and the rear speakers installed? I was left with nothing and still have audio problems with my car.

Cory deserves an award or a raise....he is the best. He is knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Every time I come in with my problems - car starter is not working - Cory politely tells me what I am doing wrong with out making me feel like an idiot. When my car repairs were done this past summer I could not get my backup camera to work. I came to see Cory and he knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it for me. Thank you Cory.
