I cant even give this company one star at this point. Let me explain: I called because I wanted to have my cabinets in my kitchen painted as I recently just bought my first home and am in the process of renovating the ktichen. I had the company come out to give me an estimate and I decided to move forward and have them take on the project. Well that was the biggest mistake I could make. I came home one day after work to find that my house was basically destroyed. There was dust everywhere throughout because they did not cover properly, which was not the biggest deal to me. I could have dealt with that. However it gets worse. They oversprayed all of my cabinets so that there was grey paint everywhere all over my walls and when they pulled the painters tape off my walls they left holes everywhere that needed to be patched. I then find out that they were using my front living room to spray someone else's cabinets white!!! And there was white paint all over my brand new hard wood floors! I called the manager and he came by fairly quickly and handled the situation to which he sent a cleaning lady over to help clean some of the mess. She came (with her son) at 4 in the afternoon. She was supoosed to come back the following day, and never came back because she "had a cold." So I was left to clean up this whole mess of a house and at this point I didnt even want them back in my house. After all was said and done, the crew needed to leave some of their materials outside my house because they could not fit everything in their truck and sais they would be back in two days to pick up their stuff. I was okay with that. Until I came home later that day to find that they poured out their white paint all over my back yard right by my garage entrance. They could not even walk to the woods to pour out the paint. So now I have a huge ice filled puddle of white paint two feet from my back door entrance. Overall, I am so upset and mad about this whole experience and would never recommned this company to anyone!

The CertaPro team was great! So friendly and helpful! Our HOA took longer than we expected to approve our color choices, delaying our paint job a few weeks, and Nancy was so patient and understanding! Our painting team, Pedro and Francisco, did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house! They were so professional, timely, and thorough! We couldn't be happier with our experience!

It took several months to get the job done which actually took a day start to finish. The weather was raining a lot and this was a tricky, finiky application of oil stain. The steps are very nicely coated. And no spills anywhere! Thank you Gary, Nancy and Derrick.

The team at CertaPro painters are just that - total pros! This was my second time using them and I am extremely happy with the service. Our main point of contact, Mitch, was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process and put me completely at ease that the job would be completed to my standards. We arranged that the job be done while we were away and we received continuous updates from the crew and Mitch throughout the process. I came home to a beautiful paint job. I will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend CertaPro!

Mitch- Thank you so much. My family is REALLY happy with the colors and I appreciate your guidance with all of the paint choices. (I think Guacamole wins the surprise color award.) The entire Certapro team was great, and I am very grateful that you were able to take control of our situation and make it happen. Your enthusiasm made everything possible and the whole experience was outstanding.
