My ex-husband was behind on his payments because he was sick. He had been behind on his payments before and the company had always called pretty much harassed to no end my daughter she was listed on the paperwork to let her know. My ex died in August. My daughter went to his storage unit and found he was behind in payments. She paid the back rent only for them to call her a few hours later to say that the units had been auctioned off the day before but hadn’t showed up in the system yet. Apparently, he was several months behind. They never called my daughter to inform her. So she lost everything of her fathers pictures, her deceased grandmother’s china, his trophy’s from when he was a kid, etc.. She called the manager and asked if he would call the people who bought the unit so she could at least get pictures and documents and offer to buy some of the items back. The manager informed her that the people who bought the unit weren’t obligated to call them back, but that he would reach out. She called again to check if the new owners had called. No news. Well here’s the kicker, my daughter just found the contract her dad signed with this storage company and she was entitled to get any important documents and pictures. When I called today and asked for the owners information, I was told they couldn’t give out the name of the company that owned them. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Next step, legal consultation!!!

Managers Shannon and Jason were great! Friendly and knowledgeable and the facility is clean and well maintained and they even have a free truck to help move you in!
Rented a unit a month ago.Was serviced by the most friendly gentleman in a very friendly-professional manner.He called me 5 days earlier to remind me of my next payment date.I recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to visit here and give them business without any hesitation.
In the past 25 years I have moved several times and had to place the majority of our household in storage. When we moved the first time Century Square Self Storage was our choice for ease of access in moving large items of furniture. We tried another storage facility another time, but it wasn't as customer friendly for access. We have had a semi bring in our shipping container from when we lived overseas right up to the front of our unit to unload. It was so convenient and the management were very helpful. This last time we used the Century Square's moving truck to move my household in. This is such a great benefit for renters along with the restroom that is on site. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing of a secure, clean and friendly facility for storing their worldly goods for a short time or years.
Rented a storage unit there today. The staff was wonderful and I had such an easy time getting what I needed. They are efficient and incredibly friendly. I am very pleased with my experience.
A great and secure storage facility. After our home ground level completely flooded due to recent rains, we needed to find a place quick, to store salvageable items. Mngt here is friendly with great prices. They also offer an enclosed truck free for a few hours for moving.
Last summer I got an eviction notice for my boat which I have had there a few years, before current management. Their excuse was that the owner of the the business did not want boats stored there anymore. I have never met the managers before this, or owner of the business. Their letter of eviction was a total surprise to me, and the managers just seemed indifferent when I inquired at the office. So, I promptly took my boat to a better place with nicer people who valued their customers. Up to this day, I still see boats stored there in plain sight. My boat was not a eyesore, and I kept it covered with clean tarps and did not mess up the place. If there was any mess which there wasn't, they simply could have advised me and I would clean it even if it was not my mess. This business DOES NOT value their customers and I would not recommend doing business with them to anyone.
I just moved my things out of Century Square Self Storage, and I had a great experience while I was there. John and Marianne made the whole process easy in a stressful time. If I ever need storage again in the future, I will be returning here for sure.
We have been so impressed since we started renting a parking space at Century. Bruno and Anu are always a joy to see and visit with. And the property is spotless!! Jim - JDog Junk Removal
