Terrible Service, Called in on Monday. made appt, showed up Friday. installer asked if I had the materials. I said no you were suppose to order it. Then once it all got sorted out. the parts didnt come in. I was from out of town and explained I was coming in to get this done, if there were any issues call me prior so I dont waste my time. guess what. waste of time. Not sure how its an inconvenience to you. your getting paid for it. the free install would help for my waste of time this time, but what about next time when I have to drive in from out of town and sit there, at least this time I had it conicide with other things I could do.

Purchased equipment from CenturySound for the installation of a surround sound entertainment system in my great room. Installation was on-time, flawless & quick. Kris and his team were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They worked closely with my other renovation contractor on-site to ensure a timely & proper installation that was done in a neat & tidy manner. Kris and his team provided an initial consultation & various options and we ended up with a competitively priced, great sounding solution. They provided a professional, courteous service and great sounding equipment that is sleek, looks great and is installed & stored discreetly within my great room adding to the professional, clean look I was looking for.
