Moving is never an easy task and moving out of province makes it even more involved. Weave in trying to buy a home for the first time can make for a very stressful situation. Luckily my wife and I were pointed toward Deb Gouin!  We were wanting to look outside the main cities and into more rural areas. We were on a time crunch to find something we wanted to buy and take possession within our banks interest rate timeline.  I like to ask a lot A LOT! of questions and Deb never hesitated to answer them or get back to me in a timely fashion. Deb has great knowledge of the area and steered us clear of places we might not have an interest in, along with making sure each place we looked at had a quick possession date. This helped us dramatically in not wasting our time looking at homes that were not accessible within our time frame.  With a few hurdles and setbacks Deb pointed us in the right direction to find something that would work for us. Keeping us on track every step of the way. We felt that Deb went above and beyond helping us; contacting agencies we needed to hear from, pointing us towards reputable companies/services, being detail oriented, extra knowledge of the area and surrounding areas and answering all my questions did I mention I ask a lot of questions?  On our possession day Deb met us with a big hug, a couple cute gifts and some congratulatory bubbly!  Thank you Deb!  Jill and Travis

This is a great place to lose a Lot of money. Be sure to get Everything in Writing rather than making decisions during a phone call. When something goes wrong management will not support you and instead will retain their lawyer. Morality and ethics mean little here. I have been advised to see a lawyer. I lost $50,000 because of this mismanagement
