Be cautious with this company. Even when residents raise concerns regarding fraudulent insurance claims, management dismiss these concerns quickly without investigation and the payment is paid out.

Our experience with this strata company and manger is disappointing and unprofessional. Communication from condolaurie lacks acknowledgement of confidentiality  and accountability. Would not recommend for any business to consider their services.

Very inconvenient hours of operation and inflexible in their modes of accepting payment. A modern company should strive to make it an effortless experience for the people paying them money. If they approach other aspects of their business in the same fashion, they are on course to waste more time then the value they can deliver.
