Since 1997 CENTURY 21 Performance Realty & Management, formerly Home Town Realty Property Management has been providing professional real estate services in the Sunshine Coast, Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton. CENTURY 21 Performance Realty & Management truly is a Sea to Sky business.

Quality Homes is our first philosophy as we are very selective with the properties we manage. Century 21 Performance Realty & Management strives to manage Quality properties for both owners and tenants. Working relationships are just as important as financial returns. At CENTURY 21 Performance Realty & Management, we view management as a partnership between the Strata Council and the ownership you represent.
