We had the pleasure of working with Marlene Makaroff recently. Marlene was very professional, extremely helpful and informative. We learned a lot about the Castlegar, Trail & Nelson area, we spent a very enjoyable day with Marlene showing us around the whole area. Unfortunately we found a home elsewhere, but it sure wasn't for the want of Marlene's efforts. Thank you Marlene, Dell and Lesley Harrison

would give 0 stars but google wont let me. Never been so annoyed or frustrated dealing with anyone or any company when it come providing service for a sale of a home. Realtor was unprepared, unorganized and overall disinterested in answering questions or offering assistance. Answers very vague, indirect and often useless. For someone who has been selling real estate in the area and was born and raised in the area; his knowledge was limited at best. Items were taken out of our home without our permission as they were left for the new owner, contract had the wrong address, addendum for a date change was forgotten and this caused chaos with the lawyers, a very useless notary was suggested and he dropped the ball on several occasions putting the sale of our home in jeopardy. Overall extremely disappointed and would not recommend, ReMAX would be my suggestion. And another thing, why is the owner/broker and his son reviewing their own company? Red flags all around, stay clear

The Realtors at Century 21 go above and beyond to make every real estate transaction an exceptional experience! The staff are also friendly and extremely helpful. Overall a wonderful company to deal with!

The most professional place around when looking to buy and sell real estate. home listings etc in Castlegar BC. These guys really know their stuff in this location. Rand Wayling is my top choice in the office. You will will never get a more honest straight forward answer when dealing with the team at Century 21 Mountainview Realty Castlegar.
