The agent I dealt with ,Doug Shaw, had 28 years experience with century 21 , located in Midland, Ontario, not only was he uninformative, he does nothing above board, he was the absolute worst experience of my life, in buying and purchasing , it was a nightmare for me. I lost 10s of thousands of dollars because this guy operates with no integrity. Doug Shaw is a double agent who secretly outwits his clients by not disclosing information and acting like a typical "greedy crook", no integrity. These guys are extremely shady. They are out breaking rules and they don't care! I will never deal T.J. Roth people again, Doug Shaw is black balled for his unethical practices. Buyers and sellers be extra cautious with this group and definitely do your research. It's a big front, they will scam you and take your money! I would never recommend T.J. Roth century 21 in Midland or Innisfil ,to anyone because of their underlying deceitful motives, by under cutting the value of your property, not being honest , with full disclosure and being mislead with impartial information with his customers or clients. In short Doug Shaw the greedy double agent! Their code of ethics are not followed for the best interest of their customers and clients, read every single word on their documents, because he did not explain one word to me or my mother. We felt completely mislead by his actions, and his advice was bad decisions because of his dishonesty. He did nothing to stage my property to create excitement on our behalf. He withheld offers on my property. I found a reputable agent with Remax, I would highly recommend Remax, Neil Bailey's Team in Barrie, Ontario, I was impressed and satisfied.

Began working here 6 years ago, moved on for other reasons and found my way back again this February. Im so happy to be reunited with my Century 21 Family. Everyone here is so caring and respectful and I watch them work hard every day to keep their clients happy. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

workers seemed busy but maintained a friendly atmosphere. Thinking about selling my parents house with this company.
