Their strata property management is horrific. They are consistently late in paying vendors, consistently late debiting strata fees, and never on time for monthly financials as per the guidelines by BCFSA. Our strata has filed several complaints with the BCFSA. Not organized at all and completely unprofessional and not responsive. Being forced to give one star in order to write this review is very generous.
So nice to see a franchise operation that is Family run! Al the advantages of the Century 21 business buyer run by the Amos family. 2 generations in the business and the children are very knowledgeable and have access to the lifetime of knowledge provided by their parents. Will definitely use their services again. Excellent services and they know the south Okanogan like no one else!
I have never been on a site that does nothing more than show what has sold more than what is for sale. I thought you were in the business of selling properties, not just showing what has sold. For those of us that are looking to buy, dont care about what you have sold. For the ease of looking take down all of your sold properties. So frustrating , I will not come back to your site looking. Waste of time this is
I do not understand why Karen has not replied to my email? Is she no longer employed with Century 21 and if so, is there not anyone else monitoring queries and/or interested in a possible sale?

Awesome friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer Realtors and Property Management.
I had called for information on my application and a lady on the phone just laughed. I found it quite rude, as she couldnt answer a basic question.
I give 21 amos realty 5 they are the best thank to all the great people
