Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took care of us as soon as we walked in. Good variety of flooring stock available.
We had a top notch experience purchasing 12x24 porcelain tile for our kitchen, hallways and bathroom. Although we visited the showroom on the morning of Christmas Eve, the employees were nothing but happy to assist us, even going above and beyond to ensure we left with what we needed. The two showroom employees spent an hour helping us pick several tile options that were in stock and met our requirements for size, material, and colours. They laid all the options out on a table and gathered all of the info we needed to make a decision including prices, square footage in stock, and locations. They even pulled out samples of other tiles that were similar to our cabinet colour to help make the choice easier by seeing what matched. Despite supply chain issues everywhere, we were able to leave the showroom that day with the exact amount of tile we needed, plus installation materials the same day we went in! It has since been installed and we absolutely love it. There was only one broken box which Centura exchanged for us without an issue - pretty good considering how many boxes we bought. We will definitely be visiting again for future tile needs!

Friendly staff with a great selection. I suggest you be sure to shop put the prices though, some products seem a little high.
They say they are open till 7pm on Thursday go in at 4:53pm to get grout and they won't sell cuz everyone is gone. Fantastic because i wasted my time and gas to get here for nothing. Should not have 7pm on web site if you can't get products. The showroom is open till 7pm.
I came here to look for bathroom tiles, was with my mother, we were searching for roughly 30 mins, no one approaches us to help, let me also add store is basically empty, we can see sales reps talking to eachother. Ok no problem, walk up to one, ask for help with bathroom tiles. She was showing me tiles that were out of my price range, I asked if they had anything in the $4-$5/sqft range, she turns around looks at another sales rep and says "We don't have anything in that price range" and they both start chuckling. What the....?? Ok, do you wanna turn around and tell me that? Don't worry I won't be offended, I'll just think you're ridiculously priced. If you're looking for tiles, go to Sarana tiles or Mario's tiles, both on the same street, and they're service are impeccable compared to here!!
Good selection. Reasonable prices. The sales people are very helpful I had great experiences with Christine and Melissa. Trade discounts available. They have samples you can take home and try out in your space. They don't have as many fancy tiles as Cesario and Co, but most people don't need Cesario and Co.
Will Not be going back here for future carpet or tile purchases. Will not recommend Centura to anyone. Beginning of November 2020 went in to look at carpet based on a recommendation told to talk to Faith. She was going to be doing an interview set us up with another person, can't remember her name. Faith told us carpet section was being redone more carpet was coming in. We had to explain this to the girl that came over to help us. You would think that when you work somewhere you would know what's going on. I made a decision on carpet, was told that I would get a call when more carpet came in if I wanted to take a look. Was at work when she called, my mom got all kinds of attitude from her when she found out she couldn't talk to me. Our contractor ordered the carpet for us after he did final measurements. We found out a couple of weeks later that our order got "set aside" by mistake when our contractor went in to check on the order. Wow what horrible customer service! Of course, because of that delay we were only able to get our carpet picked up on Friday after things were able to open up again. Would have been nice to have been offered some kind of compensation for your error that ended up causing us a delay of months on our work.
Marvelous customer service representative, and variety of oldest fanshened tiles at quite cheap prices.
