Clinique VOLEUR, ils voient seulement l'argent au bout. De plus, meme pas eu le bon diagnostique pour mon chien. Je ne vous recommande pas cette clinique même en urgence je vous conseille de trouver une autre clinique.

Nov. 7,2017, my cat a 6 year old (Snow Bengal) arrived in this hospital for emergency attention. Cause... vomitting and gasping breath, unknown source what it is?VH doctor findings: Presumably having a fluid on my cat's lung,and might be Hereditary... just by his instrument "stestoscope"(not even performing how?on our very own eyes with our cat...on the examination table..My comment:VH doctor,poor service of attention on our cat...Not giving "First Aid First" before showing to us and counting how much will "Cost"us...No compassion shown to our cat, not even asked further information what might be the cause of his vomitting,not even his history but..focus immediately what he can cost us for further examination...like radiology etc..VH doctor,given us only few minutes not even at least an hour or at least the following day, that my cat can stay for a night at the hospital for us to DECIDE,which put us into pressure to decide that night.Without any consideration...that we explained we just came back from vacation.Undermining our situation being stressed,tired, devastated and emotional and me crying so much, confused and have a hard time to decide that night between me and my husband...Not given us the chance to see my cat at the backroom for us to see personally how's my cat doing..if he is OK or NOT and for us to see..for a better Judgement..whether it's Worth or Not and for us to make a RIGHT DECISION...VH doctor didn't show up anymore... instead his vet technician showed to us and waits for our decision...With hesitation with our final decision...asked technician to take a photo of my cat at the backroom.. before his last minute...and there Euthanasia was done to my cat....Felt devastated, shocked,unsure if it's the Right Decision...so quick..find horrible,ending the love of my beautiful, affectionate cat.😢😢😢VH doctor,to no avail after such thing...not even showed to us..not even showed any consolation with us...just by saying SORRY for the the Lost of you cat...which I find ridiculous a doctor's attitude towards his clients as well to his patients which are best friends four legged pets...Rate him...no compassion of what he does"money first before I treat you" sorry but that's the truth..👎👎👎👎👎We were completely devastated with what experience in this hospital...not recommended...find a better caring, compassionate vet hospital...

C’est une clinique, donc en partant c’est assez chers mais le service est excellent. Urgence 24h. Bref tout pour nos animaux. Dans notre cas c’était un caniche avec une opération sur un ligament patte arrière. Cela fait maintenant 1 an que l’opération a eu lieu est c’est une réussite. Attention la rééducation prend du temps mais cela est belle récompense à la fin.

On aime nos animaux et ils le savent, une chance que c'est les seuls ouverts 24/7 et que des fois on a pas le choix parce qu'ils auraient fermé depuis longtemps... 900$ plus tard (incluant une simple consultation de 5mn à 140$) ça n'a pas fonctionné, le chat souffre et il n'y a plus rien à faire (à moins d'avoir encore une coupe de 100$ à sortir pour faire d'autres tentatives), ils me chargent 170$ de plus pour l'euthanasie de base... Une belle arnaque tout ce qu'ils veulent c'est vos $$$ ils se foutent bien des animaux

C'est tellement difficile quand notre animal adoré tombe malade. On devient très émotif et il ne faut pas oublier qu'un vétérinaire à des frais à payer et cet hôpital à des équipements à la fine pointe et des médecins spécialistes formés à travers le monde. Personnellement, ils ont sauvé la vie de mon chat. Je m'en suis sortie avec une facture salée mais ils ont respecté ma capacité de payé en me proposant un plan B plus économique. Mon chat à été hospitalisé pour des problèmes au niveau du pancréas et de l'intestin les soins prodigués étaient peut être exagéré selon certains mais 2 ans plus tard je suis certaine que c'est ca qui l'a sauvé! En plus, il propose le paiement 6 mois sans intérêts... un belle alternative quand même!
