We were put in touch with Erin, who works out of the Strathmore office. She was super responsive, thorough and very pleasant and patient to work with. She was able to find us an excellent insurance company which was a lot less expensive than the one that we had been with. We would highly recommend her.
When I was first told to contact Ryan years ago he was absolutely amazing at what he did. Was sincere, diligent and always got back to you in a timely manner. Used him for a number of years and referred many people to his business. Not sure what happened but suddenly Amy his wife she told me started being the person to respond to my voicemail or emails if I had questions. That's fine, except it would take her WEEKS to get back to me, if I ever heard from her at all. I almost always had to call or email again after 2-3 weeks of not hearing from her to ask what the status was on my last inquiry. My timing was impeccable as I always seemed to be "on her list to THAT day"...ya ok. Our home and auto insurance both renewed this Feb and so I contacted her in January to ask if she could shop rates for us as our insurance provider sent us a letter detailing our rate increases were going to go up almost $60/month!! She showed zero effort to help us or do her job as our insurance broker and again after no response for close to 3 weeks I decided to shop rates myself and and ended up saving myself almost $250/month. It makes me sad because Ryan was so good in the beginning but I do not recommend using them now.
Amy has helped me with my insurance on two different vehicles and has been absolutely amazing to work with. She saved me money, got me better coverage and was incredibly professional. I highly recommend her!
Ryan was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. More knowledgeable than any previous broker I had been to actually.
