Dr Savoyard and the RNs are awesome clinicians and the admin staff are efficient, very helpful, and professional.
I have spoken with Centre Medical Ruby over 4 times in the past 3 months and the reception services and Medical services are outstanding. Booking the appointment with my family doctor and Vasectomy appointment was a breeze. You call, and leave your number for the staff to call back and between 10 minutes to 2 hours your call is returned. The stressful thought of Vasectomy was put at ease with the experience of Doctor Bercier and the operation took 10 minutes and I was at a 100% in approximately 7-8 days. This clinic also ensured a healthy pregnancy for my wife who had 2 babies, one in 2013 & one in 2016. I am constantly impressed and well taken care of by all Centre Medicale Ruby staff. Well done and keep up the amazing services!
This was my second visit at this clinic. Dr. Langlois is absolutely fantastic. Sadly, the support team is not. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment due to the construction in VKH. I was initially ignored by the two receptionist for 3 minutes, as they were in a very deep conversation with one another. I then left my card on the desk, and it was picked up without even acknowledging me. Then was condescendingly told my Dr would not see me because I was late, without even asking Dr Langlois if she could or not.nI miss Dr Rossbach’s clinic as I was never treated like this in the past,…
If I could give 0 Stars, I would. I tell the receptionist I've tried calling for hours the working day before my appointment. I then let her know I wanted to cancel my appointment and was why I was trying to call last working day. She instantly told me 45 fee $ will be added to my file because it wasn't a 24 hours notice. Then, before I could tell her I'll keep the appointment even though I wasn't sick anymore, she hang up!! It's always like that. It's as if they don't want to answer the phone. When you call, it tell you to wait to talk to the receptionist or leave your phone number. After HOURS of waiting, nothing. I've tried many times and it's always the same story. Just pure rudeness. Everyone I know and have a family doctor at this clinic are very disappointed with the phone/receptionist situation. If you read this Ruby, work on it....
No complaints. I Was put on hold for a while then I press 3 for them to call me back. They returned my call within five minutes.
