Hello, my file was transferred to Dr. Callie Padan almost a year ago. After being contacted 6 months later for a first appointment, the clinic cancelled it and second one scheduled for end of september also cancelled by clinic. I just spoke with receptionist Sophie who was remarkably rude and arrogant in explaining that I would get contacted when there was room with no explanation as to reasons for delay. She also suggested I find another doctor when I expressed my disappointment in service or go to emergency. De plus, Mme Sophie n'a pas apprecié que je change en français lors de notre conversation en m'indiquant que "de plus, vous parlez français..." Aucune idée du lien avec l'enjeu en cours. Je crois qu'une formation en service á la clientèle serait de rigueur.

I've called their emergency appointment 4 nights in a row and never was able to get one. I programmed my timer for 10:30 sharp and after 4 to 10 minutes I get a message that there's no space. It's unbelievable how this system is unreliable.

Service is fast and there's a radiology department which is convenient. Customer service is horrible. Completely unprofessional which is very reminiscient of any medical clinic around Montreal. And they love bickering about the patients as soon as they finish serving them either in person or in the phone.

After booking an appointment online, the secretary refuse to service me and had to find another clinic which I did. Waist of time with pain. Never again at this clinic. And the secretary attitude was the worse, SMILE you have a job with the public!

Mon expérience a été très bonne. Pour prise de sang, rapide, efficace et infirmière gentille. En dermatologie, mon Docteur est à l’écoute, . A noter que j’avais une référence ce qui a facilité l’accès à ce médecin spécialisé.
