I love this clinic. I've been going there since it opened, and I have an excellent doctor, even though he'll be retiring soon. He listens and gives good advice. All the staff are welcoming and friendly.

It's impossible to speak to anyone. Appointment slots are booked weekly and are always full. There's no indication of when slots open for the following week. Each time, you have to waste several minutes navigating menus before being hung up on because there are no available slots. It's a horrible experience every time, just trying to get an appointment with your family doctor. You can't even go in person to make an appointment. The website even states explicitly that they don't respond to emails. It's a complete joke. Our healthcare system is pathetic.
