The most incompetent and uninformed receptionists I have ever encountered. I have been going to the clinic for three years now because it's the closest to my apartment and the wait time is quite short. Unfortunately each time I go in person there is no doctor to see without an appointment and each time I call to make an appointment there are only "no appointment" doctors. When I ask the receptionist why it's different each time I call versus arriving in person she tells me it's always the same. I asked if they change the rules regularly or if there are days which are for appointments and days for no appointment, she tells me no it's always the same. Yet each time I deal with them, it's different. Not only that, they are rude and cold and very disorganized. The last time I went they no longer had my file, so I asked if they throw out files each year and the receptionist said they only get rid of files after four years without a visit. I explained I had been there one year ago and she just shrugged. By far the worst service in a medical clinic in Montreal.
