Absolute horrible service, from the parking, the receptionist, to the waiting room waiting more than 2hrs after a scheduled appointment. This is insane. Impossible to schedule an appointment with your family doctor Dr. Simon, receptionists don't answer or are rude, then after the whole online process, and then you wait for no reason because they place you with a random doctor on call who can't do anything ??????????????? This is horrible who TF manages or hires these incompetent people.

Everyone I spoke to was more than willing to speak to me in English which was very nice as I am an Anglophone. The receptionist was very nice and Dr. Schipper was friendly and was quickly able to help me.nI'm not sure if this is normal, but I spent no time waiting at all. From checking into my appointment to leaving it was probably 20 minutes tops which was a very refreshing and positive experience.

My husband has Dr. Johnathan Finkelstein as his GP but it’s impossible to make an appointment with him. You can’t make an appointment online and you can’t make an appointment over the phone. Receptionist is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She hung up on my husband three times when trying to make an appointment over the phone. She told my husband to “…contact him yourself…” to make an appointment and then hung up. She then denied saying that to him and hanging up the third time he called. Luckily, we recorded every single phone call with her. We’ll be making a formal complaint to the College des Medicins du Québec.nnI will add to this because I’ve read all the comments here and I see that the clinic wants to blame the “system” for not being able to book an appointment. No. It’s not the system, it’s your clinic. Booking an appointment shouldn’t be stupidly complicated. I have a family doctor who is semi-retired and only works two days a week and I can get an appointment the same day or next day with him. I get my results within a day or two and my doctor personally calls me on the phone, sometimes at 10pm, to give me my results and fax any prescriptions needed. There is no excuse good enough that this clinic and doctor can’t see their patients. Shame on Dr. Finkelstein and on this clinic for failing their patients.nnI also see a TON of reviews saying your receptionist hangs up on people….wow. How is she still employed…? That’s a testament to how poorly this clinic operates.

Joke of a clinic, receptionist hung up on me twice when I was not rude at all. Impossible to get appointment with Dr. Jonathan Finkelstein. Then when I called back, she lied and said she never hung up and then said we were yelling and hung up. All calls are recorded? Listen to the calls. I have never been treated like this by a receptionist. It’s my health and she couldn’t be bothered.

I am a patient of Dr Monahan for over 12 years now and it’s impossible to get an appointment with her or the urgent care clinic via the website.nnFor whatever reason I’m transferred to the Telus Health website when I click on book an appointment, the website is so confusing. It’s like they are deliberately making it hard for patients to get an appointment. Telus health shows 0 availabilities for an urgent care appointment, I’ve even increased my search to 150km from my postal address… I’m that desperate.nnGood luck speaking with someone on the phone also.nnWhy are we redirected to Telus health when we try to take an urgent appointment, how do I override this? I ran out of my SSRI pills and it’s dangerous to just stop taking them.
