Everyone in this clinic is super nice. I don’t have a family doctor, I made an appointment by phone. The receptionist and nurse are kind, I didn’t wait for too much time. And doctor barbara, she is very patient on me! Always smiling. Thanks for all the service you offered me today. You guys are the best!

My family doctor, Dr. Finkelstein is absolutely amazing, but since he moved to this new clinic is almost impossible to get an appointment with him. Most of the reviews are bad because of this, the totally useless, online appointment system. Basically the health system in Quebec has been turned into a lottery, 6/49, the luckiest one will get an appointment, the rest, can just die. I keep seeing answers from the clinic to similar reviews, for us, the patients, to complain to….something or someone. How should I know who is responsible for this system? You as a clinic have the obligation to implement a system that actually works and when the system is completely broken, as it is now, to stop using it until is fixed. I am trying for months to book an appointment, I even have a reminder every morning to try to book something. Does it look like it’s working?????????? Shame on everyone that don’t give people the legal right to a decent health system.

if you want to have a good doctor, then this is the place to go. the doctors at this clinic are excellent. but beware expect to be told to call back each day for an appointment. it sucks that this is the truth but that is the reality of the quebec medical system. also beware that the receptionists are very busy and because of the above noted info they will try to rush to the next patient. that is the only real problems.

the clinic arrived at that point when administration can't manage the number of requests. It is impossible to make an appointment online. When registration starts? when the schedule is open ? I was trying for 2 days to book an appointment and no chance. By phone the only answer I have - we are fully booked today, try tomorrow online. WHEN? I was trying each hours since evening. then 12am, 12.30am, 5 am, 6am, 7am, 8am - really? the only answer is ---- There are no remaining availabilities. Please try again later. really? I'm with clinic since day 1, my kids were with T. Gasse before she left. She was an amazing doctor. Why if parents are clinic patients kids can't have priority for Urgent clinic? I was forced to call 911 in order to help my child. and now because I need referrals to do some investigations regarding her health problems I can't get an appointment. It is insane. p.s. doctors and nurses are amazing

I really love my doctor Dr. Monahan, but the admin needs work. The new on-line TELUS platform for booking appointments constantly states that there`s no appointments - from what I`ve conjectured, the clinic and website only have the doctors`availability 3 weeks to one month in advance. So I phone the clinic. I then am told to phone back in 2 weeks time when the schedule comes out. But when I phone back, I am told to phone back again the following week. Either the admin do not have the correct information or are not individually consistent with what they are telling patients, or the doctors have taken on too many patients that they can no longer keep up with the demand. My family has serious health concerns but there never seems to be a perfect time to book online or over the phone without the schedule always being completely booked. I feel our health and safety is at stake.

I went today with my daughter at 8am in the morning to check if there is possibility to see one of the doctors because there is no way to do the booking online , I just got surprised from the way that the both ladies in the reception were talking to me from the early morning in front of my daughter, I literally went back home crying I felt so bad in front her because of what happened. both of receptionists were so rude and they didn’t show respect at all , they asked me if I have an appointment I answered no , then we can’t do anything for you go somewhere else we can’t do anything, I said I’m willing to wait I don’t have problem they said even though we can’t do anything, I told them that we didn’t sleep waiting in another hospital in the emergency waiting to have medication for fever, they said go anywhere else in very rude way or go private I told them where give me the name or location, they even refused to give me , there is no communication through their eyes even and I told them i just need a prescription to be able to have the medication but again the were very impolite . Since you are working in health fields, the people are coming to you loaded with lots of pain and frustrations, you can pass whatever messages you want with kind words or smile and it’s free by the way will not cost you anything, I advise you to train yourself how to deal with the patients , the front desk doesn’t fit you . I might be mistaken when I tried to do something to save my daughter side at this place put there is always way to lift the people up not to let them feel more down , this is not courage your behaviors and attitude reflect the whole place you are representing. And what goes around comes around, your actions will visit you one day , all you need to do to BE KIND, BE PATIENT , BE POLITE

Booked online for a walk-in session, waited 45 mins. Got a doctor's note and walked out in 10 mins. Nice receptionist and doctor. Parking was 4hrs limit free and was on the streets.

A few days ago, I consulted Dr. Busch for hair loss. I was expecting to be quickly brushed off for taking an appointment for such a ‘‘trivial/taboo’’ matter. Waiting for my turn got me anxious because it was my only way to obtain a dermatologist’s referral since I didn’t have a family doctor. However, I was astonished to see how comprehensive Dr. Busch was. He didn’t judge me at all. Instead, he examined my hair, comforted me and gave me the referral. Simple, quick, efficient, yet caring. To think that I had prepared all my arguments in advance to convince him. At the time, I was too stunned to properly thank him, so I am using this review to do so. Hopefully, Dr. Busch sees it and knows he made my day.

I am a patient of Dr. Monahan. She is unbelievable. Patient, extremely kind, knowledgeable, accessible, very thorough, attentive, so easy to talk to. When I was unable to get an appointment with her for an urgent matter I used Sante Mont Royal’s Urgent Care clinic. With a little help from Pearl @ reception who was extremely kind and helpful. I booked my appointment online, easy, received confirmation immediately and a reminder. The day of my appointment, I was feeling a little uneasy about seeing a new doctor. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised!!! There was virtually no wait and I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Lori Kahwajian. Dr. Kahwajian was excellent. Very kind, listened carefully, investigated best course of treatment, sent me on my way. The perfect “treatment experience”. Thank you SMR for doing a great job @ taking care of your patients!!! An example of extraordinary care in a system that has significant challenges. An example what other clinics should be like! Stay well, be kind!

After feeling really ill for several days, I was lucky enough to be examined by Dr. D. Guttman, today at the Santé Mont-Royal Emergency Clinic. Unfortunately in my experience, it is rare to find a doctor who adds high expertise and kindness at the same time in the emergencies. Thank you so very much Dr. Guttman.
