FIRST:nI was here at my 10:20 appointment at; 10:10 and wouldn't let me in even tho in ANY CASE you won't even pass at your appointment time, you'll pass around 30 mins later. It works the same way then when it used to be without appointment. ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.nnEdit: My appointment was at 10:20 and I passed at 11:30. WOW. nnSECOND:nThere's absolutely no parking. Good luck. It's a fight to even look at one.nnTHIRD:nRude employees.
Worst employee,nI was there at 2:25, my appointment was at 2:20. And they refused to do my blood test only because I was 5 min late, but the fact was the reception couldn’t find my name in their list and being late was just an excuse.nI had waited weeks for having blood test.nUnbelievable!!!!!!
So slow employees
The service was truly excellent. The staff were extremely kind, except for one rather curt nurse whose shift started at 4:00 PM. I went on February 13th. I arrived at 11:00 AM and left at 6:15 PM. In the meantime, I had a urine test, blood work, and a CT scan with iodine contrast. They found a kidney stone. I received excellent service from almost all the staff: from reception, the two people who took me to radiology in a wheelchair, the technicians, the registration staff, the nurses, and the doctors. Thank you to everyone involved.
I am grateful and deeply thankful to all of you: Nancy, Marie, Maria, Stéphanie, Jonathan Jo, Scott at the sorting center, Jean-Denis, and the young ladies.nA huge, sincere, and truly authentic thank you, intensely empathetic. Thank you to the team leader who placed such great trust in me by giving me the responsibility of leading the smoking exits. Thank you to those of you I don't remember, the psychiatrists, psychologists, etc. I was truly amazed at how incredibly strong you all are at doing your jobs and SEE HOW YOU STAYED UP FOR ALMOST 24 HOURS AND MORE! YOU SURPASSED YOURSELVES! YOU ARE MY HEROES!
