Showed up at 6:15, I was 10th in line for the 7am opening, and my blood tests were all done by 8:15. Yay! Too bad there isn't a little roof over the sidewalk to the parking lot. I had an umbrella but most people didn't, so they got wet. Sad. People don't plan and suffer the consequences.
Arrived 2 minutes after opening, waited for 2h, had to pay 7$ 4h parking.... Ended up leaving without doing blood test because I had another appointment scheduled 3h after I arrived.... What a waste of a morning. One lady at the reception was nice and allowed me to skip a few numbers because I was tight on time after waiting 2h, but I ended up having to leave anyways because they are so damn slow. The lady who gave me back my card wasn't very nice about it.
Small and nice place. I went there few times for blood tests and didnt find issues with staff. Waiting time is long. About 2h. Maybe less if you are in the line before open like 6:50am. So yes its a bit overcrowded and parking is not free 7$ min. So not 5 stars for the delays and maybe not super organized. I feel like there are many tests there and one line for all...not sure how it works but numbers jumps. Not all are called by name. Some just drop appointments?...but overall straight forward.
I waited for 5 hours before being served by a nurse that was very much frustrated by her job... I would not go there anymore
Horrible experience I've been to many clsc in my life and this one is beyond the worst there is a misscommunication between the nurses there they made me redo 3 times my urine test each nurse described me different instructions for the urine test one told me to fill the cup fully with urine the other said only to the line where she dreew then the 1st nurse said for me to fill the tube of urine up to the black line the other nurse aaid between the two black lines of the tube also the 2nd nurse mentionned that im never supposed to urine in the cup fully coz the first drop of urine detects the infection when there is to much urine the test is false nd im very dissapointed mostly because each one says something different nd I have to miss work to go there redo my tests what is this not professional at all i called the laboratoire departement to make a plaint for me to pay taxes to have this kind of service is horrible seems the nurses there dont take there job seriously at all if they did they would explain properly people r not stupid and would understand this is urine for god sakes Im most of all upset cz im 27 and ive done many many of urine tests in my life never did i ever hav2 to go back twice nd now 3 times Naaa id rather go to another clsc at this point service amywhere else is better then this place dont go waste your time honestly
Worst wait time I have ever seen in a CLSC. I left could not take it no more, 1hr wait and only moved from 60 to 50 people wait time. Ridiculous, who runs this circus?
There’s not enough nurses and the ones that are there must be overworked because they are cold as a rock.
Flat parking fee of 7$ is just for the people coming for blood urine tests..most expensive in Canada I believe..if you finish in 30 to 60 min than still paying same price.shameful for city of Laval to make money from citizens who come her for medical aid.also numbering system is not announcing well...it is taking too long for giving your paper to counter and to get to the nurse for testing..their time need to be evaluate and need to pay them accordingly..when I visited recently they finish hardly 10-15 persons in one hour..
I personally met à dr. There and the staff was polite, respectful and comprehensive. Malgré Mr. Barette and his compressions.
too long for a simple blood test. we are not coming again.3h waiting while fasting!!
