Waited in the waiting room for 4 hours, then got sent into Salle 4 and waited an additional 5 hours only for them to call me into Salle 1 again thinking I left after they’d asked me to put a gown on and said the doctor would be with me “shortly” while I’m struggling to breathe and needed help. I went and told them they just called my name again and they acted like they didn’t. Waiting until midnight and the nurse was extra rude with me when I asked if I was going to be seen and there was a woman burnt head to toe in pain in the waiting room who hadn’t been seen yet either. Ridiculous for an emergency room! Wouldn’t recommend.. Better off treating yourself at home at that point.

Shame on you guys! How dare you deprive a mother from her kid after three days of delivery. As a psychologist I want to remind you that women after delivery undergo something called Postpartum Depression, and you are aware of it. Give the kid Rayan back to his family and I do invite all immigrants to leave the notorious province to an English speaking one where kindness and good manners are!!!

I am sure there are good doctors and nurses within the hospital. However, from the stories we've heard, you do need to fix the Baby Rayan issue as it is giving a bad PR to your Healthcare system, to you guys and to Canada. You preach human rights yet you're not willing to practise it?

All I can say is, wow. Been here more than once and the service has been amazing. The staff are so caring, compassionate and gentle. I recommend this hospital to anyone.
