I had an excellent completion of The Becoming a Better You program facilitated by Ms. Angela CuaMACP. To me, she made the group remarkably successful in meeting our needs and expectations of understanding the culture, law and the society that mold us into who we are today. She strengthened our perception and all relationships among ourselves and others. She had a versatile, approachable personality yet professional maintained towards us participants. I am strongly impressed by her leadership and commitment supporting us in achieving our goals of discovering a better version of ourselves!!nIt was an exceptional experience to be in the group and phenomenal learning to us from our respectful, warm-hearted, compassionate and professional mentor, Ms. Angela Cua! Thank you for your support and encouragement! Thank you as well to Centre for Newcomers for giving us the opportunity to discover our better version of ourselves and attaining it by your outstanding member, Ms. Angela Cua for making it POSSIBLE!
I had an excellent experience with Naghmeh Rezvani. She is an excellent career and job search mentor. She is approachable, kind, friendly, receptive, and gives excellent advice on finding jobs and successfully integrating into the city.nShe is always eager to teach best practices on how to write an effective resume that will make an impact in the job market. Thank you so much for all your help!!!
Very helpful and motivating career training for newcomers. The program was well organized, and Yulia and Anna provided real, practical guidance that was easy to apply. I found it very encouraging and supportive. Highly recommended for anyone starting their life in Canada.
They are not helpful at all, Just don't wasting your time. This is not centre for newcomers, it is centre for good income for those are trying to get money from Alberta government under immigration names, that they will help for EX: finding a job. But no they don't do this they just want from you to com to meeting so that's way they will be able to make report that they have been provided all necessary help but it's not true they are laying.
I went to the Newcomer Center and was warmly welcomed by Naghmeh. Her care and support have been extremely helpful. Thank you for always keeping me in touch and for making my adjustment to this country easier and simpler.
