Dr. Arseneau and his team are amazing. He said to me, if you give me 6 weeks I will have you feeling the best you have ever felt and he was right! I am so grateful. Getting to the root cause of my health challenges has been a game changer. Finally a doctor who listens and actually cares. Care that focuses on the whole person and the why not the what of your health challenges. If you have been suffering, don’t walk, run to Dr. A and suffer no more. It has been life changing for me and I hope it can be for you.
I found Dr. Arseneau to be extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Our “fifteen minute” phone call wrapped up in about 4 minutes. I was a referred to his office by a physician within his own core network and the first question was what do you want. Not even how can I help you. I stated that he should have referral notes from the physician. I asked him what type of treatment he offers and he didn’t answer outright. I then I asked him how he would be treating me and then he beat around the bush several times staying when you come in for a consult. This phone call was supposed to be that. I then asked his prices and he tried to get me to book another appointment to go over those. So I have to pay you to tell me how much I need to paying you? I stated you’re a doctor who doesn’t know his own rates. Apparently he was very offended by that comment and hung up the phone. *PATIENT BEWARE* Don’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole. There are more professional physicians with a significantly better bedside manner than him. He’s a very arrogant money grab
I had very bad eczema a year ago and I was at my wits end. I couldn't sleep through the night without waking several times to scratch the insatiable itch. I began consulting with Dr. Arseneau at Center for Advanced Medicine in February 2022. I was amazed at what they were able to discover through the comprehensive blood cell analysis and other tests done. Through a holistic approach, the diagnosis and treatment was able to address the deeper underlying causes of my skin condition. Under this treatment, I was able to see improvements in the eczema. Now my skin is way better than before, and I can sleep comfortably through the night without waking up to scratch myself. I feel so grateful for the healing I have received.
Frankly I was a mess back in May of 2022 when I had my first appointment with Dr. Arseneau. I had surgery for breast cancer in March, refused chemo and radiation and hormone blockers choosing to heal naturally, my blood work was not good, I had severe hip pain impairing my ability to walk and severe back pain impairing my quality of life. As of September 2022 I now go for a long walk everyday and I can pick up my grandson with no back pain and I recently danced the night away at my sons wedding!! Breast cancer will be a long road but my blood work is now in healthy, normal ranges, all thanks to the excellent care of Dr. Arseneau and his incredibly capable team!! I only wish I had opted for their excellent Naturopathic care years ago! I know I have without a doubt chosen the right doctor and team for my healing journey.
I was not feeling my happy, easy going self. I have Hashimotos. The anxiety was feeling out of my control. The supplements I was taking and thyroid meds were not helping. At my first visit with Dr. Arseneau assured me he would get me back to feeling better. He was right. After the first week of treatment plan, which included IV therapy I felt so much better. It was like a switch was turned on. It was that instant. I am on to the next part of my treatment. Which includes finally loosing some weight. Which is more than just food and exercise. It includes fixing why weight lose has been difficult for me. I am feeling so hopeful and excited. Thank you Dr. Arseneau. The staff at CAM are so kind and helpful. Thank you ladies. I highly recommend CAM. Don't hesitate to book an appointment. You won't regret it.
I arrived at CAM with multiple autoimmune diagnoses, and years of chronic illness. Dr. Arseneau listened, patiently explaining why my body was malfunctioning, and offered hope through treatment plans. Functional medicine addresses dysfunction holistically, and doesn't compartmentalize issues and symptoms like conventional medical specialists tend to do. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Arseneau; his staff are pretty great, too!
I spent 6 months searching and looking for answers for unexplained symptoms that I had/have. I exhausted allopathic medicine with my GP and a referral to an ENT that told me I have to learn to live with this and there’s nothing he can do. I thought I had exhausted all alternative medical options as well. Then I found Dr. Arseneau who has been treating a good friend of mine for 11 years. He was the ONLY doctor that understood my symptoms and was able to give me a diagnosis. I’ve only been working with him for 2 1/2 months but he’s given me better care and is far more attentive in helping me than anyone else I have worked with. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Dr. Arseneau to fully restore my health .
Spent $10,000's at this office looking for answers. Finally left & found another natural path who found the answer within 2 visits. Also this clinic threatened to charge me for a missed appointment. I hadn't missed an appointment in all my years with this clinic so that was another reason. Finally, Candice at the front desk was always so kind but she left too.
I came to the Centre for Advanced Medicine with a diagnosis, Lyme Disease and Hashimoto's, however that is all I had. I hadn't been able to find a clinic who would provide understanding and didn't treat me like another patient who had symptoms to complain about. I feel like I matter and so do my symptoms. Progress made has been far greater than I have had through any other treatment options and I know that at each appointment I am able to share where I am at and it will be received with care and a willingness to continue to help me improve. I am very happy that I sent the message to this clinic as it has given me hope again which I didn't have before!
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Dr. Arseneau and his team. His approach to health care is finding the root of the problem, treating me as an individual and working with me each step of the way to help restore my body's ability to heal rather than just masking symptoms. He has shown a genuine interest in helping me restore my health and I am forever grateful to have someone like him in my corner. I absolutely love his staff and truly appreciate Candace - she's amazing friendly, speedy and very personable. :
