My son and I have had several good experiences at this clinic over the past year. The staff is friendly and helpful and they make you feel very comfortable. I never had to wait for my appointments; they were always on schedule, which is a big plus for me. Also, I like that you never feel rushed and that the necessary time is taken to explain your personal situation as well as possible treatment options. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The most Professional Dental Center, Dr Ziad is one of the best Dentist I have ever had, Professional in all manners, Patient takes time to explain and offer opinions for options. I had four wisdom teeth removed and never felt it. I highly recommend this center, all appointments are handled proficiently, they are also accommodating.

I've had decent service over the years but they don't have a lot of options for 9 to 5 workers and their location is kind of remote. Over the years, I've missed or rescheduled many appointments from which 3 were without prior notice. I've mentioned many times that the reasons were serious health issues but I've always felt like a pariah despite that. It sucks to feel judged about that kind of things, many times I wanted to take my patronage elsewhere but customer loyalty is a core value for me. 2 incidents pushed me over the edge however. The first is that I wanted to get my wisdom teeth removed. For a long time, the dentist pretended that I needed to get some kind of mandatory advanced scan for the lower end of my mouth because of my teeth positioning. It was priced over 500$ and I wasn't sure if my insurance covered it. I've never done it because of that and only had the top wisdom teeth removed. Over a year later, I revisited the issue with them because I was going to go get a second opinion and, surprise, I no longer needed that extra procedure and they did remove it just like that. Second incident, I had an outstanding balance for said operation after insurance paid for it. They called me, I called back and said I'd visit. I couldn't and later called again to pay by phone. However, their machine wasn't functioning and I couldn't pay. I had asked that they credit the card I had given later when it'd be working again. That was in late January. In July, I get a letter from a third party agency. As soon as I got it, I called to investigate and then paid even with the extra fees 50$. I get that I couldn't be reached by phone I couldn't for months, again health issues but it's funny how they never tried alternative ways when they have both my mailing and email addresses. My mail was actually monitored by family and they could have dealt with it. They have a receptionist who although polite, is very patronizing. From the start I felt judged, no trying to figure out what happened, no empathy. I've never had payment issues in over 4 years and it was an honest mistake. I just can't deal with that kind of judgmental tone and decided to change business. I don't need to feel and be treated like a bad customer when I know I'm honest and loyal and that there are better prices and service elsewhere with more accessibility and work-friendly schedules. So here's my customer experience. I actually moved and went back to my previous dentist practice in another city and they remembered me and asked about my known health issues! So personalized service is possible, I guess it's just rarer or not available with Masson Dental Center.

I've always had a fear of dentists but coming here left me feeling safe and like I mattered. The dentist is so friendly and all the staff were amazing. I am moving to another part of Montreal soon but I will always come here. Such care and attention given to me that I felt stupid for having a fear of dentists.

I've been coming here to see Dr. Reily for a little over a two years now. My experience here has been, hands down, the best overall dental experience I've had of all the dentists I've seen in the last decade or so I've previously switched dentists due to relocation and whatnot. Definitely recommend! - I am not an expert when it comes to dental work, but everything I've had done here cleanings, fillings has gone well and I haven't had any problems. - When I called on a Monday morning about awful tooth pain I had all weekend they were able to fit me in that same morning to take a look. - I can only do weekend and evening appointments, and they are always able to work with me on the scheduling. - Super friendly and kind people here, from the receptionist to the dentists. For someone like me who gets jittery about anyone poking around my teeth, this is great.

Been a client for a couple of years now and never regretted it. The staff is always really professional. Just had a wisdom tooth removed and didn't had any pain in the days that followed. Highly recommend them!

Disorganized and expensive. Dentist meeting me for first time asked if I opened up a beer bottle with my teeth. All this because of a chip on my tooth. I waited a long time and the Dentist was in a hurry. The reception is a train wreck of disorganization. All this for 120.00 and a total loss because I did not want to ever return. I had to pay 35.00 if I wanted my xrays. I just went ahead and started all over again. What a crappy place!

Centre Dentaire Masson has a wonderful staff and team of professional doctors that take great care of their patients by making them feel comfortable and confident about the work being done to their teeth. Would strongly recommend them.
