AWFUL EXPERIENCE - TRIED TO TREAT ME FOR SOMETHING NOT THERE I went for a cleaning and check up (after years without going to the dentist). The clinic was not inviting- seemed dirty, unsettlingly quiet. The dentist had 3-4 young adults follow her around and participate in my treatment? None of them seemed to be qualified dentists, they would often be scrolling on their phones or whispering amongst themselves. They were never introduced. It made me very uncomfortable. Staff was very cold. After X-rays and cleaning Dr.Bota told me I had SIX CAVITIES that needed to be treated. I obviously did not want to come back to this clinic so I found another clinic to treat them. I requested they email my X-rays to the new clinic. They forgot. When I reminded them, they tried unsuccessfully to email them to the new clinic. Dr. Botas clinic was "not able to" email the other clinic somehow and I was forced to pick up a physical copy and deliver by hand. The new dentist I went to performed a check up and reviewed my X-rays only to find ZERO CAVITIES. DR.BOTA WAS GOING TO TREAT ME FOR CAVITIES THAT I DO NOT HAVE. Thank goodness I got a second opinion! Do not go to this dentist!
