I have been going there for years and love the service I receive. My dental hygienist Josiane Benoit is amazing and like a good friend to me now .

Bad experience. I was with them for 8 years. I have been happy with them because of their good impression they gave to me and to my family as new clients, but with time we all got very disappointed. They have been making me wait 1 hour for my appointment more than once and one time I got late for 15 minutes so they said that I can't make it to my appointment and charged me $60 for not being able to make it!! They have been trying to persuade me with good arguments to take off my wisdom teeth when I didn't need it. I told them to stop bothering me about it and that I do not want to take them off and if there is anything I will let them know but they kept bothering me non stop about it for years and even tried to force me to do so. Other dentist told me that my wisdom teeth are totally fine and till now I have no problem with my them at all. My family are with them and they also had their own bad experiences. So we are not going to this clinic anymore. I have made a conclusion that they only want your money. I advise you please to seek better care elsewhere!!

Dr. Violette was a very friendly and personable dentist. The quality of service I have received in his practice has been steadily declining since I started going there 10 years ago. There is no longer any feeling of friendliness nor appreciation of you as a client. It feels like you've entered a factory floor, where the only goal is to quickly finish the job (and Bill you) then get the next person in. I've had to go in several times to remedy mistakes or deal with complications that arose from treatment. It was even admitted to me that if the doctor had spent more time on the first treatment, there would have been no need for a second and third (which I had to pay for). Frustrating and disheartening for a long time client. Best quote from Dr. Violette "your pain isn't my problem" I strongly encourage everyone to seek better care elsewhere!

I went to see Dr. Violette for the first time today as he was recommended to me by a friend who has been seeing him for over 35 years. Now, I know why!!! My daughter had an abscess on one of her tooth (she was on antibiotics from another doctor) and when the receptionist Amy found out, she put forth the utmost effort and proceeded to schedule an emergency appointment for the same day. And since I was a new patient, she carefully explained to me upfront the cost of the consultation fees. We waited for only a few minutes before we were ushered into one of the patient rooms, and after only a few minutes, Dr. Violette came. He examined her infected tooth, and took the time to patiently clarify what may have happened and explained what steps needed to be taken to ensure that she gets no more cavities during her lifetime! Dr. Violette really listened to any concerns I had, very unlike any other dentists I had seen before. He then left by saying that I could call if I noticed any other swelling or if any other issue arise and they would accommodate me as fast as they could. Furthermore, when I asked if I could be shown how to properly brush teeth (just in case), he said it was no problem and asked his wonderful dental hygenist, Dacia, to help me. All in all, I was very pleased with my first experience with Dr. Violette and I wouldn't hesitate recommending others too. He truly cares.
