I can honestly say that this is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. It all starts with their amazing staff!! They are very nice and very attentive they make sure they make you feel comfortable. Not only that but they are the only office that scheduled me in such short notice when I was in a bunch of pain. The quality of service is above and beyond and if I could rate them 20 Stars I would. They genuinely really care about their patients and it’s hard to find an office that does. They are very flexible and will work with your budget or help you find other options. I just completely love my dentist office and I can honestly say I will never change dentist office again!!!*
I have been Dr Kassabian's patient for 18+ years and all I can say is she is amazing. She calls to follow up after surgery, she is so gentle that you barely feel her hands in your mouth.
Always kind and professional. Great service, always help to navigate the insurance portion and work with you. All staff are personable and try to get to know you and make you feel welcome.
I've been coming to Dr. Vu for a couple of decades now, even though I've moved farther out. Dr. Vu and the whole team hygienists, front of house are excellent - polite, skilled, and professional. Cutting edge equipment as well. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, very professional. All the stuff is very attentive. Dr. Vu is a great dentist, honest and compassionate and ready to answer to my questions giving me technical information. Up to date technology. I recommend this clinic to everyone!
As usual I don’t do review but I decided to write it to prevent others cause DOCTOR VU DID TOO BIG DAMAGE TO ME. I did 2 crowns and doctor Vu did crowns too low. I mentioned it right of way and told her during the procedure, she continued to make it lower and told me that I am talking to professional and she knows better, I have to just trust her. After this job my upper and low teeth didn’t touch each other anymore. Because of this I had severe pain, headache, migraine could not sleep and could eat only soft food and only on one side. I visited doctor Vu 3 times, she charged me 300$ each time telling me “Please, give it a chance it will grow”. How someone can work as a dentist if she tells to patients wait your tooth will grow. Finally, I went to institute of occlusion where doctor just save my life doing tooth adjustment for 2500$. I can now eat but I still have pain. I asked doctor Vu to redo job she responded that institute of occlusion has to tell her about it. It was not her who sent me there, other dentists just laughed when I told them that my dentist ask me to wait before my tooth will grow. Sure, she perfectly knows what she has to redo, she admitted many times that yes crowns are too low, but she wants me to wait before they will grow and she is looking to someone to blame. Everybody could have a mistake, but have a courage and honesty to admit and repair it, especially if you destroyed someone’s health. SO, SAVE YOURSELF FROM DOCTOR VU. I don’t have time, I am working and still have to continue treatment because of this bad job. Other people maybe will demand her to return all expenses because of her bad job damage.
Beware!! Dr. Vu tried to con me into getting expensive unnecessary procedures for my 8 year old daughter. I was suspicious, so I got a second opinion. Turned out I was right. Get a second opinion !!!
Recommend! The staff is amazing. I have been going here for years.
