Very nice place and welcoming all questions answered and they had a rental car for me ready to drive away all I'm waiting for is when the car will be fixed I know it takes time but I'm confident it will be done right I can't wait to see the results.A great big thank you to the telephone operator for assisting me in the process wonderful service. I would really recommend this place to all future customers .

They served me well today when I delivered my damaged car. They have a nice office and the staff were friendly and courteous. I arrived on time and didn't have to wait long to go through the process. Everything was explained briefly but thoroughly. It was so quick that I wasn't even able to finish my cup of coffee. I'm bad at remembering names, but cheers to the man with the glasses at the reception and the big man with the cool long hair who inspected the damages in the garage. Cheers to the whole team as well.

This is my second time that I've had to bring in my car for repairs due to damage caused by other drivers. EXCELLENT service. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and polite employees. Highly recommend them!!

Had a great experience here. The service center itself is awesome, amazing staff and answered all my questions. However, the service rep was hard to contact and rarely responded, but that is not the fault of this location as the rep is located at a downtown office of some sort. Just wished the overall experience was better, but would recommend this service center to anyone involved with Intact.

Had my claim solved here. Staff is very friendly, waiting area equipped with a good coffee machine. Satisfied with the work done.

I drove by the place the first time and they guided me back. Everyone was very patient and really outgoing. While waiting you can help yourself to a beverage and a snack, but you never have to wait long enough to actually drink or eat. :D They did a super job on the car and even straightened out my dented licence plate. The rental car was a dream and didn't cost me a dime, except to fill it back up before bringing it back when my car was ready. Hopefully there will be no more accidents, but should it happen, I will definitely go back there.

It's never a good thing to be in an accident, but if you are lucky enough to have Intact Insurance, they make it less painful. Was in a hit and run, I called Intact, set up an appointment for me to bring my car in the next day. Intact Service Center is like one stop shopping. I brought my car in, they explained everything, they gave me a rental and said they would call me when mine was ready. Dropped off the rental, inspected my car which was beautifully done went home. This was the easiest way to deal with a nasty problem. The people were amazing! everyone smiling, everyone courteous and answered all my questions. If Intact offer's this service center or another local dealer. Hands down I would choose this place in an instant

Accident was in November 2017. They kept my car for over a month. When I picked it up, I noticed a lot of noise. Called them the next day. They could not be bothered. Finally got the issues resolved in February 2018. Took 4 extra visits. 3 test drives with their people. 4 extra days off work. Their initial quality process does not exists. Should there be a problem, good luck getting the help you need to get your affairs running in a timely fashion. Do not recommend, Stay away!

I was promised a brand new bumper over the phone and my issue the steering wheel fixed. After 1 week of waiting, i went to get my car and this is what i found bullet points for part of the comment: - Nobody at the front desk, waited with my gf for 10 min. I had to go to the garage and look for someone. - The individual who gave me the keys for my car smelled like weed I know it's legal folks but still, have some decency - I was charged $11 for not bringing the tank full i drove 1h 30 min to get to the god forsaken place from my job, of course it was not full Now about the car after 1 week of repairs and a bill of $1700 for the person who hit me: - Bumper was not new, my old one got "repainted" - Steering wheel still crooked, did not even bother to check the tire pressure even if i emphasized on that - Car smelled like a bunch of mechanics had an oil party inside. Conclusion: Go somewhere else, don't get burned like me.
