I don’t know what anyone is talking about in these reviews. I’ve been a patient for 3 years now and the receptionists have ALWAYS been kind and helpful. My family Dr there is probably the best Dr in the world and I am so grateful. It’s a great clinic.
Honestly, I can see where the negative reviews come from, but from my personal experience at this clinic, I've never had a problem and I've visited for several different reasons. The wait time per-Covid was what it was - a Quebec clinic I've waited for longer in other clinics. The doctors have always been great, some better than others. The triage nurses are great. And I've always witnessed everyone in the clinic adhering to Covid health regulations. Just my two cents.
Was there today for a rib injury. Pre-booked appointment, was seen within 20min and out within 40min. Staff was very friendly. Great experience - thank you to the team.
I tried calling repeatedly several times during the day and I just got a message saying it was too busy and hanging up. There is no option to leave a message.
Once past the reception area the nursing staff and doctors are great.
