She found at the Weedon CHSLD a calm and serene living environment where the staff treats the residents like members of a big family, not to say like members of their own family.nnIf the distance was a little difficult for the family at the beginning, my mother and we are today completely happy to have accepted this transfer to Weedon where our mother is happy and feels secure.
It's almost never possible to talk to anyone. That's not to mention that there are no voicemail boxes to leave a message. Once someone answers us, we get shuffled from one service to another. Disappointing !
