Free parking for the first 2 hours. You take a ticket on the touch screen. The screen in the waiting room provides information on operation. We are first called to reception and then to a room. Courteous and kind staff. Allow more time because we don’t always make it to the appointment time

I went with my partner todaynIt took a little longer because there was a lack of attendants but those who were there were wonderful. I had someone who received the people and then he was going to take their blood test. Thank you for your kindness. I don't know yours. name but I was really well served by you. Good progress, even if a lot of people pass by quite quickly, open at lunchtime for blood tests and other things. paid parking is the weak point, all the staff are very welcoming.

Lots of people but generally quite fast. I am satisfied with the service from the staff on site! The only shortcoming is paid parking!
