WORST EXPERIENCE! Called them with 6 references and we have been in the Laurentians since 2000 and they REFUSED to see me. Not because they had no availabilities. just because... Claimed it was because I was in Montreal and never saw them before. That s the whole point of opening a file!!!! Called them for an emergency and got a RUDE service, unpleasant person on the phone and just a lack of understanding courtesy and helpfullness. By far the WORST experience not worth your time or even a call! It s a miracle they are still in business! If i could it would be 0 stars

Toujours une file d'attente interminable au comptoir d'accueil. J'ai également fait rire de moi car j'ai payé 20$ avec des pièces de 2$.
