This place was recommended by my co-workers who are also patients here. Therefore, I’d like to recommend it too. The receptionist that I spoke with is bilingual when she recognized that I was having a hard time speaking in french, she then switched her french to english I appreciate u! I believe your name is Anna My physiotherapist William is beyond expected. He take his time explaining things and in my prefer Language too. I really appreciate the effort! He’s approachable and listen to your needs too. The exercises were definitely helping me to recover.nThe place is clean, well lit and spacious waiting area.
Very happy about this place, their staff is very knowledgeable and kind, they took care of my cnesst case without problems. I would recommend this place
Terrible customer service, the girl at the desk was highly incompetent. Confirmed a first booking on the phone, I show up and there’s nothing booked for me. She proceeds to book another day and she again messes up the time of the appointment. Left disappointed.
It's a nice and modern clinic and everything is well organized.nYour therapists are the best and have helped me a lot over the years;: osteopathy, acupuncture, and posturology.
Great therapist. Unfortunately the worst service at the front desk. The girl is on her phone texting while you wait to check in and she looks like she could careless that your waiting... I went twice in october 2023, had the same bad service at the front desk, ive switched clinic because of it but their therapist was great. Just the front desk...
