I picked up my little bun from here back in December 2021. I was such a nervous mama but the owner was so kind and reassuring with me. She told me to call whenever I was worried about somethingI just had first time pet owner anxiety. I continue to come here to pick up food and treats for my guy and the staff Deb and Meagan always ask about him which is great because  I LOVE talking about him. Probably too much haha. I love this little guy so much and I'm greatful to the staff for helping me get through the beginning adjustments of owning a pet! Would definitely recommend this pet store!

When we live in Montreal every summer this is our go to pet store. They have EVERYTHING you need. We recently had to travel and they have all the kennels necessary in different sizes that are approved by the airlines at fair prices. We even had to do a return because on of the boxes were too large and they exchanged without a problem. See you next summer!

I feel like all the animals here are decently cared for except for the birds.. they are overcrowded into small cages... I saw 4 doves in one small cage that looks 2 x 2 feet. Similar to the photo here  Some of the doves have feathers missing from stress picking or fighting..

Came here on the 6th of Nov to look at ferrets for my partner for the first time I’ve had a couple in the past but it was his first time actually checking one out I want to thank this lovely employee sadly didn’t get her name who saw us looking at Dennis the ferret and offered us to hold him. That was my boyfriend’s first interaction with a ferret and he fell in love with him / ferrets in general. We noticed how clean the store was in general but Dennis was REALLY litterbox trained!We spent the next week ordering a big cage and bedding etc. I also took the time to call other places and see other ferrets until the 12th of November came. We chose to go back and get Dennis and my boyfriend bought his very first ferret. We came back to pick him up the next day and can I say, every visit has been lovely. All the staff are great, knowledgeable and kind. We renamed him Niko and we love him very much AND he still is perfectly litterbox trainned thats a + We will be getting him a friend soon. Lastly, I was glad to learn it was from the canadian breeder and not marshall Thank you so much  Please enjoy the pictures of him sleeping in odd positions

I wasn't sure if I should a 3 star or a 4 star review. I got my 2 baby rats there. The staff is always really good with explaining what comes with having a pet this time a rodent. Pretty much everything is perfect, besides the fact that one of the rats I got was already sick and had an upper respiratory infection. "It happens" I thought, but I came to the store some time ago like I usually do and saw that the rats were taken out so their compartment could be cleaned. I obviously went to look at them and I heard multiple little sneezes. Usually that would mean some sort of an infection. I highly recommend making sure the rats are fine before taking any, since vet runs aren't cheap at all.

A huge store with lots of helpful staff. I was pretty impressed by the selection of food, toys and accessories. The store is so much bigger than you expect. The only down side, is that they cell animals which personally I think should be illegal.

A surprisingly big store with lots of animals to look at and/or adopt and plenty of supplies for all kinds of pet. I loved seeing the axolotl.

If you need a pet or supplies, this is THE STORE with the most passionate staff.  Worth the travel.  From my first visit, I was served by Alicia; reptiles/fishes departement.   Ever since, the visit to Nature isn't a complete visit without Alicia.    She is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, attentive and caring. The service is exceptionnal she would always go above and beyond expection.  Une perle rare. Une personne qui voit avec les yeux du coeur.  One day she should have her own reptiles facilities, she should be promoted. Keep up the amazing work you do. Best employee I ever met, she deserved the best!  Thank you to Robbins, Imad, Brooke, Debbie and Fairview Nature team.  Special Thanks from my Siana to Alicia for caring for her since day one in the store!

This place is massive and has great selection of all animals including aquariums birds cats dogs and small rodents. They have a great collection of dog toys and cat accessories that are not standard. I buy my cat food here and accessories. Was my first time going in the store and it looked like a very small store front  but it is one of the biggest pet stores in Montreal area. The staff was very helpful to answer any questions that I had an even looked up prices for items that were not well listed.
