Went on a weekend not long after opening. The place is ok, a little run down I’d say. The baby section is small, there are too many pillows, foam blocks in the space and it is very disorganized. Like someone else wrote, it feels like an after thought. Some of the foam blocks are dirty and broken. The rest of the place is ok for older kids. They seemed to be having fun and running around going up and sliding. What could really be improved is the cleanliness. There was dust and trash under most play modules. Also for the price, 26$ one adult and one child, Id expect a cleaner place. Finally, outside food is not allowed. And it os also not allowed to leave and come back. So if you need to feed your baby, make sure you do it before, or else once you leave to feed then you cant come back. Unfortunately the options available at the casse croute arent the best. Chips, popcorn and mostly candy. For this I give 2 stars.
We took our 16-month-old here, and he seemed to really enjoy it, so much so that he took his first steps!nSentiment aside, the reason for 3 stars is the place seemed a bit dated and dreary, on the smaller side, and the toddler area felt like an afterthought. We were the only ones there at opening, but the toddler area looked like someone was there all night playing, and the play kitchen looked like it was picked up off the side of the road that morning as it was dirty and missing key elements like the faucet. Adding a few toys in the toddler area to go along with a new play kitchen would be a nice touch.nThe play structures for the bigger kids seemed fun, but I can see how it would get chaotic quickly once the place gets busy.nThe coffee we ordered was not bad, and they sold organic food pouches, which was nice.nWe were able to enjoy almost two hours there, but we wouldn’t rush back to visit here again.
This is an enjoyable indoor playground. We took our almost 3-year old, and 2.5 hours was enough for him, although they would have let us stay longer. The structure is all padded, making it very safe. My son keeps asking to go back so clearly he enjoyed.nnThe hard plastic red and yellow slides are not as safe in my opinion up and down makes the kid at risk of falling. Would have liked having a ball pit somewhere.nnThe part that was a bit disappointing was the food. They were really not accommodating when we asked if we can let our son eat the food we brought from home because he is very particular about his juice and halal chicken. Despite buying lattes and a whole pizza, and their juice, they would still not allow us to feed him things we brought. The pizza was clearly frozen based and was all burnt from below so was a huge waste of money.nnI would say the music is a bit too loud, took away from the experience.nnAlso, I found the ambiance a bit dark and the decor not very attractive compared to other indoor playgrounds in Montreal.nnPrice for kids is reasonable but I don't think they should charge as much as they do for adults. To be competitive, other more appealing cafe with indoor playgrounds charge $5 per adult.
Service is great. The staff is amazing, always helpful, quick and friendly!nI have held 3 birthday parties and attended a few and have visited just for fun overall several years. My kids always have the best time. The only point I would like to make is I wish they have better birthday packages.
Nice little place to bring kids. Staff friendly.nnEntry fee about 22$ for 1 kid and 1 adult together.nnEnough space for kids to run around. However, when it is packed, it might be too crowded.nnFood has good quality and fair price.nnIt is easily accessible from parking in the front of the mall. Free parking.
