Great small space to bring your family. 50 dollars for entry fee for a family of 4, you can also plan birthday parties here etc... the staff members were also very nice and welcoming. There isn't a big sign outside the galerie for kazoom at the front entrance just the back the main entrance is near the SAAQ

very dirty, dark and lots of damaged and cracked toys would not recommend. save your money for zig zag zoo or funtropolis or other cleaner safer and bigger facility.

Remarkably clean place for kids. Kind staff. Cosy and very comfortable for toddlers. Healthy snack like carrots and celery with a dip also available, tasty hit dogs- in short, there is a good choice!

Went last night. The staff at the front desk was sooo nice and the place was spotless. I have gone to a lot of indoor plays gyms but this one was shiny in comparison. Nice to have in winter and time or covid +

We've visited just today this place with our friends and children and we are highly dissatisfied. First, we planned to have lunch there together, but all the tables were busy and at the entrance we weren't told that there are no places to sit at the table, otherwise we wouldn't have entered then. So, it turned out that I paid for me $10 the pay for the 1st adult is included in child's ticket just to stand in socks there inside?! Second is that they urge you to take the shoes off and walk around in socks. However, there were pieces of food on the floor and what's more how one should go to the toilet in socks?! The floor there was wet, the toilet itself was full with poo and didn't flush?! And it's in the place where there are children?! OMG?! What's that?! All this looks like an insanitation! And about the menu - there is nothing good to eat, just sandwiches, flies, burgers and nuggets. So, we ordered just smoothies and this is the only thing that was good for which I can give them this one star... I would never recommend this place to those who want to spend nice time with fiends and children and have lunch together.

I liked the place because the kids have fun there. Went several times , held my sons bday party there and one of the mothers decided to hold her son’s bday party too. The room area was flooded carpet was soaking wet, the room was an hour late, coffee came almost at the end, cake was late, I could understand the lack of service in this situation but when I suggested that the birthday boy should have a free pass or 2, I was told that they already spoke to the mother offering to stay longer. Parents and kids feet were soaking wet. How long could someone possibly want to stay in that situation?? We were given free socks although I had to pay for mine at first but the kids kept running into the soaking carpet . Anyways not happy at all and not going back.

A suitable place to play for children from 1 to 6 years old.. The place is simple and beautiful. There is a simple cafe for some drinks and food... The staff are amazing..especially Joyce

Very first place we ventured out to find in Montreal was this Kazoom cafe. Never stopped visiting ever since. My 4 year old daughter loves this place so much that we frequent it almost twice a week. So good, safe for kids to play, have fun and enjoy. Infact we celebrated her b'day here. They have b'day packages too which are good and value for money worth. Special shout-out to Joyce the co ordinator there who takes an extra effort to be as friendly and professional as possible at the same time

Great find! Quaint and cozy, it's nice to leave your child and not worry about where they went, but its also not so small that they get bored. We had so much fun there and I fit in the modules so I could play in there with my son no problem!

Perfectly cozy playground for a playdate for my 4 y.o. We love this place. I wish they could add more adult food too
