Not that big, but you can find some nice places like Mr Puffs and others
Typical suburban strip mall with a small indoor section. Includes a small coffee beans seller that sells by the cup and coffee is reliable. There is also a St-Germain restaurant 2 in the city,about 50 years history for the original branch. You can't go wrong as far as reliable somewhat upscale family restaurant menu and they have excellent breakfasts. The daily specials are a reliable good choice for cost-conscious travellers who are in the neighborhood. You can also find a Tim Horton's there. Good sized parking.
Small, crowded and horrible automobile parking ingress/ egress due to the traditionally bad location... Oh well! It's an old stomping ground of mine. During my "younger youth "... It's a very "humane" scale Centre tough...more like an old European town centre, yet not quite as visually appealing. It all makes sense, nevertheless. That general location lies along the Chemin Sainte-Foy, which was one of the earliest roads built by the french settlers during the birth of old "Québec" City along the northwest edge of the Sainte-Foy plateau western plateau of Quebec City...very clean, low-keyed, very French Québécois, with a beautiful view of the valley to the northespecially when the weather smiles at you. Holds trinkets of sentimental value.
Lots of choice here. Whether your looking for a grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, a bar, restaurants, dentist, go on a cruise or just sit and have coffee, have your shoes fixed or wash your laundry, have drycleaning done, computer problems or that perfect soccer jersey, Plaza Laval has it all. Across the street from the hospial and surrounded by a residential neighborhood, Plaza Laval has everything that any other shopping centre has, except it's smaller and easier to get in and out. Large parking lot that's free.
Small local neighborhood shopping centre. Liquor store and grocery with a decent billiard bar and a good variety of activities dance school, martial arts, book store make it a good all-around choice for anyone in the vicinity.
It's conveniently situated for people who want an all in one place to shop at.
Great food, great environment, excellent prices
Pretty messy, and dirty parking and access to the stores.
Old. Run down. Not a great part of town. Go elsewhere unless your local.
Plenty of parking space, grocery store and a pharmacy, coffee roasting company and fast food.
