Impressive lack of service. Got to wait a whole day to be seen for Critical injuries. No transparency, abusive wait times and massive lack of respect for the public.

The staff is very welcoming!nA deep cut with a 6 hour wait. I never saw the doctor, I left and went to the JCoutu pharmacy and the pharmacist was kind enough to give me points of connection for free

Dr Garcia not the best…nmy 84 year old father goes to the emergency room, sore throat, hiccups for 36 hours,nHad a fever. No throat scan, no blood test, just a supposedly beautiful chest x-ray. The next day, my father returned by ambulance and saw Dr. Turcotte, and gave him a battery of tests...conclusion: double pneumonia...nIt makes no sense…nThe emergency staff are great, very kind, attentive and competent. Thank you all for the good care given to my father.

Deplorable... Arrived here there were literally 4 people in front of us 5 hours later I'm still here... Plus I think the nurse could have told us if it's appropriate to stay or if everything seems okay! !

The staff we met are super nice and helpful. But...Although I really understand that they are doing their best, it remains extremely difficult to wait more than 16 hours in the emergency room. I deplore the fact that there are no healthy foods available to keep us going. I don't know if it's the same in all hospitals, but having possible alternatives to know an approximate time to be able to leave and return would make the experience more humane and less painful. I would still like to thank the staff greatly.
