My car was not starting and I had no clue on what to do. I noticed a Central Towing vehicle close by so I called them and the gentleman was able to get to where I was parked to diagnose the problem. He told me I needed a new battery and he managed to get my car started and directed me to a shop where I bought a new battery and had it installed. Very kind, caring service from Eddie.
