Requested car seat for my 2 year old. Van showed up, it’s pouring rain, I have 2 bags, a stroller, a two year old and I’m 6 months pregnant. Driver offers no assistance. I struggle to open the door. Manage to get my stroller and bags in myself. Put my 2 year old in the car seat - straps are so twisted that it’s impossible to tighten. Informed driver - didn’t care. Told me he has parked so close to another vehicle that he needs to pull out before I can get in, the driver of the other vehicle is also standing in the rain waiting to get into their car. They charge you extra for the car seat and you’re better off putting your small child in a regular seat.

Yes, I have been using this Cab Service for several years. For the most part a good experience. The cars need detailing service. A suggestion would be a lower fare for seniors.

Probably the slowest cab company in the simcoe area, there should be no need for me to expect a half hour to and hour wait during business days. The drivers are friendly, and occasionally know their routes around the Midland and Penetanguishene area. There is much needed room for improvement, still gonna rep the #CentralLifeStyle tho

The fact that I had to pay money for their services is discusting! Made a time call which was a half hour late which left me and my dog out in the cold waiting for central taxi. Once the driver showed up my dog and myself got into the car but the taxi driver got out and had me wait for her to have a smoke break, then when driving from young to William she needed to eat weed edibles while driving then doesn't even pull into my driveway which was clear of snow and made me walk from down the road because "her neck hurt to bad to pull in to my drivway" will never be using this taxi company again!

Amazing service. Well maintained cars. Thought I was mistakenly ordered a limo service but it was simply central taxi, the greatest cab company to have existed.
