Called for a quote on a deck kit I saw online and Tim Called me back promptly and left me a message, which I had missed, then followed up again at the end of the day. It's rare to find a company that will call you back once, let alone follow up when they don't get through. Thoroughly impressed by the customer service!
Pleasant staff and semi convenient Postal drop. Canada Post however has created this pretend delivery technique and it has become well known that they don't even load the trucks with parcels anymore... They just deliver the notice for us to go and get our stuff, tomorrow after 1300hrs...
We interacted with over 6 staff. Each and everyone were polite, efficient and so knowledgeable. We are doing a HUGE reno and this will be our "go to" building supply place.
Again they have gone above and beyond, Custon cuts, plastic tube for trim, gave pallet tarping and dunnage to hod it down during an incredibly wet day. Fast professional happy service all at better pricing than the box store up the hill. This level of service is becoming a rarity, THANK YOU!

Good l Iumberyard, decent selection of indoor fixtures. Good selection of fasteners and hardware. Paint selection limited.
Have gotten some good information and help with building materials, though their suggestion and product I used for my deck failed after two years. All in all most help has been beneficial and I have had no problems with staff.
Out of the last four visits to home hardware i have dealt with two extremely rude demanding staff on two different occasions.  I mainly shop at home depot which is cheaper with polite people.  Although I like supporting local.  But only if i am treated with respect as well as not getting ripped off.  Highly recommend not buying from homehardware, not just for the staff, 1 sheet of drywall is almost 10 bucks more? What else can I say.  PS it was the lady in the paint section and the old timer when your leaving the yard.
