Staff were terrible. They violated my confidentiality by discussing my private details among themselves, laughing about the details. I filed a complaint and HR was very helpful. However when it reached the CEO, who is not the current CEO, he brushed it off without any regard for the violations of confidentiality. This was a shocking and negligent disregard for patients rights. I couldn't file a complaint against the perpetrators because they were not nurses and therefore did not belong to any professional organization for me to file a complaint with.
Called ahead to confirm hours and they said as long as you're here by 5:45 then you're good for an x-ray. Drove an hour as fast as I could after work and found the doors locked at 5:40. What a waste of time and gas. Where can I send the invoice for the fuel bill after I was lied to on the phone?
Fantastic experience front to back. I have been to this clinic multiple times on a pain management plan and they have been great to work with. Their professionalism and expertise is top notch and they have gone above and beyond for me and my family.
I have had chronic pain in my hips tendinopathy had seen many specialist, having many type of pain injections. Dr Mandegaran listened to the unusual request from my Doctor and myself, reviewed my recent MRI and adjusted the “normal” procedure to fit my actual problem. I left the table totally pain free on my right side. A few weeks later returned to have my left side injected requested to have ONLY Dr Mandegaran, he again listened to my pain history and reviewed the prior procedure and again adjusted the normal technique to fit “my actual pain problem. Dr Mandegaran also spends the time to explain how and why he is proceeding with this technique to the X-ray technician’s who are ALWAYS fabulous, The technicians are also happy to gain the knowledge of his techniques. I highly recommend Dr Madegaran for any type of pain injections. He does travel to different Camis locations so when booking ask to be booked with him exclusively!!
Had Debbie in xray! Was the nicest person I have encountered at any time I have come for xray! Very kind and very sweet. Seems to love her job! Is nice to have someone so kind and caring it's very refreshing
