CENTER Mind/Body Fitness

Center is one of the most beautiful facilities I have ever been too. I has a REFORMER & SPIN room! Not to mention aerial yoga, barre, vinyasa yoga, COFFEE and SPA. To be able to do yoga while watching deer pass by, amazing. It truly is a must see.

This facility is incredible!! It is truly on of the nicest I had EVER been too. The staff is amazing, and so is the coffee!!

Christina's Turkey Day Detox class in Grand Rapids was exactly what I needed the day after Thanksgiving. I was worried because I practice at another studio in the cities and have little experience with a variety of instructors, but as an out-of-towner I felt welcome and the class was accessible and challenging. Although the class was two hours long she worked in enough recovery time and had some very satisfying stretches in the cool down at the end. The best parts were the awesome adjustments, encouraging talk and music, and the variety of poses.
