A glimmer of hope when I thought no one would care about an old codger like me. This place is a haven of peace and hope. The staff is attentive, ready to help us at any time of day or night. A more than adequate room. The food is very good, not to say excellent. A 4.2 in my Michelin guide. Surprisingly varied for an establishment of this category. Bravo to everyone who helped me rediscover the joy of life.

My mother lives there and is 101 years old. She is completely lucid, has macular degeneration, and is a little hard of hearing, but she is very well cared for by the nursing and medical staff. The food is excellent and everything is super clean.nTHANK GOD FOR EVERYTHING!!!
Beyond the walls and the beauty of the facility, there are the people. My father spent a little over a year and a half there and had nothing but praise for the staff, the entire team from management to the nurses and caregivers who do an extraordinary job. He didn't like the food, but he never lacked for anything. Losing one's independence brings its share of challenges, and it's not easy for anyone. Thank you to the whole team; you are wonderful.
If you bring a relative to this place, you'd be better off taking them straight to the morgue. It's almost been a year since my grandmother passed away. Every day, she told us she was thirsty because they weren't giving her water. The family went to take care of her every day because it seemed like there was a staff shortage. My mother would bathe her every other day because good luck waiting for staff to do it. Thank you anyway for letting us see her through the window once Covid-19 had taken hold, but seriously, learn to treat the residents the way you would like to be treated.
