No more in/out privilege once you enter fyi.nNot exactly sure what this does as the section beside me spent more time coming and going than enjoying an amazing concert no in/out to stop smokers I was told but the bar is open......nGreat size. Great sound. Comfy seats. Careful with sight lines when buying seats also the floor is not sloped, so if you're near the rear buyer beware.
It was a great experience at Centennial Hall. It is located in London, Ontario, Canada. The music system is great, and the seating area is great. I have only one problem: while sitting on the chairs, I feel uncomfortable because there is zero leg space. My knees are always clashing with the front seat. Otherwise, it was a great hall.
I've attended Centennial Hall a few times for different events. I saw a comedy show, and it was a fantastic experience. The floor seats were excellent, and the sound quality was great.nnMore recently, I attended a Mariana's Trench concert. While the band's performance was outstanding, I was less impressed with the balcony seating. Even while seated, it was difficult to get a clear view of the entire stage, which was disappointing. The sound quality was still good, but the obstructed view detracted from the experience. Additionally, we weren’t allowed to return to the lobby area and were not instructed of this “rule” before proceeding upstairs which felt odd.nnOverall, I’d attend another event here, but I would definitely avoid the balcony seats next time.
Recently attended the jann Arden concert here. I will be VERY careful about what seats I choose in this venue going forward. While they layout of the floor seat seems to be fine, I was up in the balcony, on an aisle and could barely see half the stage. Every time Jann moved to stage left, our entire side of the balcony all had to lean over to try to see anything and when everyone leans, no one sees at all. And I get it, partial view seating is a thing, but there was nothing noted on the website that the balcony had a partial view, and the ticket price certainly did not reflect it either. You REALLY should make a note on your website about this. Looking at the reviews, I'm not alone in this sentiment.nnThere was also hardly any leg room in the balcony - I was once again very grateful I had an aisle seat, so I could at least be a bit more comfortable than the rest of the people I saw struggling in my row. Worst balcony design I've ever encountered.nnMy other issue is with the parking situation at the end of the performance. While I love that parking was fairly inexpensive, and went to support a local group I think it was Kiwanis, or Kinsmen or something this night, they only had the one side of the parking entry/exit open, so it caused a massive traffic jam and mass confusion in the parking lot. I was only 5 cars back from the exit line, and it took almost 15 minutes to get out. I can't even fathom how long it would have taken people at the back of the lot to get out.nnI will say that the venue was clean, the acoustics were excellent, and the volunteers I interacted with were all very friendly however, there was a LOT of confusion around what seats were there - so many ushers seemed like they had never worked in the venue before this point. But like I said, I will be VERY choosy about what I see in this venue, and where I select my seats.
Saw a classic album presentation Fleetwood Mac. Seating selection is important but good sound and smaller size of venue works well.
