I was referred to this clinic by the VA for an examination. I travelled just over two hours to attend the appointment. I was called 15 minutes prior to the appointment and informed the provider cancelled.
Cedars health is an excellent option for urgent care. It offers a more economical option to emergency services at the hospital located 4 blocks north and west. The practice is staffed by Ken Sickle who formally worked with Doctor Hugh K. Batty. Ken is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice for both urgent and well care.
My wife was there for an appointment and the told my wife to lift up her shirt. She didn't feel comfortable without the presence of another female. He threatened to fail her if she didn't comply. This guy is an unprofessional jerk. We are filing a complaint.
AVOID. Literally the worst medical care experience I've ever had. Misdiagnosed and prescribed wrong medication based on that misdiagnosis, which also took several more weeks than it should have because they took the sample wrong and required a second.
Always treated well and served quickly here!
