Lisa in billing is extremely rude, disrespectful, not helpful and has a lack of empathy. I was told my co- pay would be $40 and now she is saying I owe over $1200, although they called my insurance for a pre-auth. Now she is saying there is nothing they can do. She won’t even call my insurance, as she states its my responsibility. But you didn’t have a problem calling them before did you? Come to find out, they finally referred me to a urologist who said he wouldn’t have even done the test that fast. Just a way for them to get money. Stick to your expertise.

Not impressed with how the staff treated my wife and I. Our concerns were blown off and no one ever had time to explain test results or show empathy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I received care and service through doctors at this clinic for all three of my children. After the delivery of my last child, we had some financial difficulties and my bill was sent to collections. I paid the bill two years ago, but when I called to schedule an appointment today and was denied service because of financial difficulties 3 years ago. I have insurance that covers annual exams and birth control and was still not allowed to schedule an appointment. Very disappointed.

I called with an issue and being a new patient they still got me in to c someone the same week. Receptionist was wonderful and she felt my urgency to see a Dr!!!

I can't do less than one star, otherwise I would. This clinic is awful and I would highly recommend you look somewhere else for care. Besides the fact that their office staff are rude and incompetent, their Nurse Practioner is terrible. Seriously - you can get better OB-GYN care somewhere else, don't waste your money here!
